Large Item Freight Shipping
* Large items are available for customer pick up or can be shipped using our "freight" carrier.
* We only ship to 48 states within the US plus DC. We do not ship to PO boxes.
* Customer needs to call in or fill out comment/request form to request a shipping quote or to schedule a pick up.
* Include your full name, email, contact number and ship to address with your request.
* Once request is received we will respond with pick up confirmation or supply you a written quote for freight shipping.
* We work with our freight company to try and secure the best shipping rate available at the time.
* Supplied quote will include line item purchase, packaging, shipping and tax charges.
* If customer elects to place an order for item needing freight delivery they will need to call in a phone order.
* All items shipped by freight will be securely packaged by our shipping company.
* Most pieces are blanket wrapped and strapped in truck for safe delvery.
* Smaller freight items will be securely packaged as needed for safe delivery.
* We will always try to reduce customer pack charge using the most economical method for safe delivery.
* Packaging and shipping charges along with item or items purchased will be listed separate on quote to customer.
* All items can be picked up in Lincoln Ca. 95648.
* All items shipped freight will depart from Lincoln Ca.
* Customer will receive notice from shipping company when freight is in transit to final destination with tracking #.
* Freight company will contact the contact person at final destination to arrange delivery date and time.
* Freight shipments scheduled by Antique and Chic will be insured until shipment is delivered to destination.
* Freight deliveries are curbside or to garage only and will not be placed inside home by driver.
* If customer would like to arrange their own "freight" shipping, we can assist in the process as needed.
* Antique & Chic assumes no responsibility for customer arranged shipments.
* Customer assumes all responsibility from time of pick up when they arrange shipment.
* Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
